As a little coda to my last blog post, where I spoke about the importance of art, the political correspondent for the UK Telegraph happened to be at our concert in Brussels last night, and wrote about it today. We were also mentioned in the Brussels Weekly, and Brussels TV also filmed a piece on the concert which should be airing tomorrow.
It's gratifying that a Remembrance/Armistice day concert has received so much recognition here, and that our choice of pieces was appreciated. I promise I'll write more about our programme later, but for now, a big "thank-you" to St. Andrew's Church of Scotland itself, for hosting the concert.
