At the beach

I don't know who invented bar lime, but it isn't bad stuff, when mixed with this 'Maraska' rum. I have seen lots of lime trees, but no limes yet in the market or grocery, so despite an urge to make real Daiquiris, this is about as close as I could get.

After a rainy saturday, yesterday afternoon was blessedly sunny and warm, and we got in a good bit of swimming at the beach. The water was quite cool after the rains, and very clear. The evening became stormy again, with dramatic thunderstorms passing through the channel between us and the mainland, so we ate dinner inside for the first time since arriving on Brač.
